South African Titanium (PTY) LTD has identified an opportunity to develop a process to extract Titanium metal from the vast ilmenite reserves in South Africa. The process being the brainchild of Dr. Gerard Pretorius (PhD - Inorganic Chemistry - University of Pretoria ) was developed over numerous years of research into the cost effective extraction of Titanium metal from Titanium Dioxide.
